I like the idea of the "environemental effect" that gives some faction per kill and a random bonus every 25kills (like in Eotn).
And put a npc in these outposts, that takes our faction points for the title track.
These areas should have been like that since the beginning...I wonder why noone at arenanet though about this...

Great idea. Would really spur interest in the missions.
Posibly 500-1000pts for killing Urgoz/Kanaxai? Maybe thats a bit much...

loads of ppl do the areas now without that reward so just cuz HFFF is faster doesnt mean ppl abandon these areas..

Actually, the reason I said "first or second room" for the priest was potentially to minimize resign-and-rezone farming. By placing the NPC in the second room, only those intending to complete the mission would generally bother to make a group.

Nice idea, I'll /sign this, with the addition of:
- Blessing/Points gain begins from second/third room to avoid exploiting (as suggested by hallomik).
- The end boss gives you a small faction reward (300/500/1000/whatever).
This is a bit OT, but I noticed that with a slight increased faction reward, The Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood have been populated.
Maybe the rewards should be kept as they are now... double faction.

This is one of the better sugggestions I've seen come along in a quite a while!
I think it would revive interest in these areas and for those who are grinding out the titles it would make for a great change of pace from the HFFF quests. The more point farming options for these titles, the better! (And since these are elite missions, no one can say that this would make it easier to get the title! )
